Privacy Policy

Last updated: 15 October 2026. This is a working draft written to follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). It will change after a lawyer has reviewed it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and what you tell us in the form. We also record the date you submitted it and which version of the consent wording you agreed to.

Visit counting

We count visits to our pages so we know how many people are interested. We don’t use cookies or tracking tools for this, and we don’t store your IP address. Each visit is recorded under a code that changes every day, so it can’t identify you or follow you over time. We also note which website or link brought you here.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your reservation, seller interest or buyer brief.
• To contact you about packages or listings related to your request.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for anything else without asking you first.

Consent

Every form asks for your consent before you submit. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us, and we will stop contacting you and delete your details.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the site: hosting, database and email delivery. They process your data only on our instructions. A seller’s identity is not shared with buyers until a purchase is complete.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
