DRAFT: pending lawyer review
Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 October 2026. This is a working draft and not yet legal advice. It will change after a lawyer has reviewed it.
1. What SiteQuest is
SiteQuest is a marketplace where sellers list researched venture packages and buyers buy them exclusively. We operate the platform. We are not a party to the sale between buyer and seller.
2. What a package is, and what it isn’t
A package is the seller’s confidential material: their research, evidence, plans, costings and similar work. We protect the confidential package, not the general concept. Anyone may independently pursue a similar business idea. Buying a package gives you the seller’s work and exclusivity over it. It does not give you a monopoly on the idea.
3. Who can use SiteQuest
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
4. Confidentiality
Before you see more than the public teaser, you will be asked to accept a confidentiality agreement. Each time you view confidential material, we record who viewed it, what they viewed and when. Material shown to you may carry a watermark and other markings that identify you.
5. No off-platform deals
Buyers and sellers who meet through SiteQuest must complete any deal for that package through SiteQuest. Contacting each other to deal around the platform is a breach of these terms and may lead to your account being closed.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. SiteQuest never holds buyer funds in its own account. Our commission and service fees are shown before you pay.
7. Disputes
Any dispute about a package is between the buyer and the seller. We are not a party to it, but we will provide our records (such as view logs, timestamps and the version of the package that was listed) to help resolve it.
8. Refunds
Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
9. What can’t be listed
See Banned Categories.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
