Refund Policy

Deposits

A reservation deposit holds a package for you alone for a fixed review period. If you decide not to buy by the end of that period, your deposit is refunded in full.

After purchase

Because a package is information that can’t be returned once seen, a purchase is refunded only if:

• items listed in the package contents are missing, or
• the evidence in the package is shown to be false.

You must raise a claim within the 7-day buyer review window after purchase. Seller payouts are held until that window closes.

What is not grounds for a refund

• Changing your mind after viewing the full package.
• Discovering that someone else is independently pursuing a similar idea.
• The business not succeeding after you build it.
